Refund policy
Shipping
Orders are shipped 3-5 days within the purchase date. Most orders will arrive between 2-5 business days once it has shipped depending on shipping method.
Returns
Only original, unopened products are eligible for a refund within 7 days. The customer is responsible for the cost of the return label. We do not accept returns for products that are already opened.
If you wish to return, please email hello@shookasauce.com with necessary details. Once we receive your return label tracking number, we will process your refund within 5-7 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Damages
We partner with Route Package Protection. By deselecting Route in your shopping cart or at checkout, customer acknowledges that Shooka Sauce is not held liable for lost, damaged, or stolen packages. Read the FAQ on Route's site for more information.
Route will cover damaged items that are unusable and require photo evidence of the damages. Claims must be made within 30 days of delivery date. Customers do not need to return broken items.
