Make Shakshuka in less than 10 minutes or mix it up and make anything that inspires you.

  • 1. Heat

    Crack open a jar and heat desired amount of sauce in a shallow pan or skillet.

  • 2. Crack

    Crack as many eggs as you want into the sauce and let them bubble. (or get creative and swap the eggs)

  • 3. Serve

    Serve right in the pan with herbs, cheese and something spicy. Or add your favorite toppings!

  • 4. Scrape

    Enjoy by yourself or in good company and don't forget some bread to scrape the pan!

WHAT IS SHAKSHUKA?

Shakshuka is a dish consisting of tomato based sauce made with bell pepper, garlic, onion and spices with gently poached eggs traditionally served in a cast iron skillet with a side of crusty bread or pita. It exists in almost every country among the lower part of the Mediterranean Sea and that's what makes it so unique! It's different everywhere you have it.
