Veggie Flatbread

A quick, cozy flatbread layered with  Shooka Sauce, earthy veggies and salty feta over a crisp golden crust. It’s simple, flavorful, customizable, and perfect for an easy lunch, weeknight dinner, or laid-back appetizer spread.

Ingredients:

  • 1 premade flatbread crust or pizza crust
  • ½ - ¾ cup Shooka Sauce
  • 1 cup mushrooms, sliced
  • 1 cup Tuscan kale, chopped
  • ½ cup feta cheese, crumbled
  • Olive oil
  • Salt
  • Pepper

Directions:

  1. Set the oven according to the flatbread or pizza crust package instructions. Place the crust on a baking sheet or pizza stone.
  2. Spread the Shooka Sauce evenly over the crust. Top with the mushrooms, kale, and feta. Season lightly with salt + pepper.
  3. Bake until the crust is crisp and golden and the toppings are cooked through, about 10–15 minutes depending on the crust.
  4. Remove from the oven and drizzle with olive oil before serving.
