Ingredients:
- 1 premade flatbread crust or pizza crust
- ½ - ¾ cup Shooka Sauce
- 1 cup mushrooms, sliced
- 1 cup Tuscan kale, chopped
- ½ cup feta cheese, crumbled

- Pepper
Directions:
- Set the oven according to the flatbread or pizza crust package instructions. Place the crust on a baking sheet or pizza stone.
- Spread the Shooka Sauce evenly over the crust. Top with the mushrooms, kale, and feta. Season lightly with salt + pepper.
- Bake until the crust is crisp and golden and the toppings are cooked through, about 10–15 minutes depending on the crust.
- Remove from the oven and drizzle with olive oil before serving.
