Shakshuka Nachos

Everything you love about loaded nachos with a Mediterranean twist. Crispy homemade pita chips are piled high with creamy tzatziki, briny olives, crunchy cucumber, feta, garbanzo beans, and warm Shooka Sauce for the ultimate shareable snack. It’s fresh, savory, colorful, and perfect for parties, happy hours, game days, or an easy appetizer spread. Just bake, assemble, and dig in. 🫒🥒✨

Ingredients:

  • 4 pita breads, cut into triangles
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 cup Shooka Sauce, warmed
  • 1 cup cucumber, diced
  • 1 cup garbanzo beans, drained and rinsed
  • ½ cup olives, sliced
  • ½ cup feta cheese, crumbled
  • ½ cup tzatziki
  • 2 scallions, thinly sliced
  • Salt + pepper

Directions:

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F. Arrange the pita triangles on a baking sheet, drizzle with olive oil, and season lightly with salt and pepper. Bake until crisp and golden, about 8–12 minutes.
  2. Warm the Shooka Sauce in a small saucepan or microwave until heated through.
  3. Arrange the pita chips on a large serving platter. Spoon the warm Shooka Sauce over the chips, followed by the garbanzo beans, cucumber, olives, feta, and scallions.
  4. Drizzle generously with tzatziki and finish with a pinch of salt and pepper.
  5. Serve immediately while the pita chips are still crisp.
