We’re leveling up cozy meals this fall with Shooka and Trader Joe’s staples — starting with this creamy, autumn-inspired ravioli that comes together in minutes. The secret? Shooka Sauce turns simple pumpkin purée into something extra special. It’s rich, spiced, and perfectly balanced. 🍂✨

This dish tastes like fall comfort in a bowl and it’s perfect for a weeknight dinner or home cooked date night dinner that feels elevated but effortless.

Ingredients:

  • 2 tbsp butter
  • Fresh sage leaves
  • ½ can Trader Joe’s Pumpkin Purée
  • 1 jar of Shooka Sauce
  • Dash of nutmeg
  • Pinch of chili flakes
  • Splash of cream
  • 2 packs Trader Joe’s Pumpkin Ravioli
  • Parmesan cheese

Directions:

  1. Brown the butter: In a pan, melt 2 tbsp butter on medium heat until golden and nutty. Fry a few sage leaves until crispy, then remove and set aside.
  2. Make the sauce: In the same pan, stir in ½ can of pumpkin purée and 1 jar of Shooka Sauce. Season with nutmeg and chili flakes.
  3. Add cream: Pour in a splash of cream and stir until smooth and silky.
  4. Cook the ravioli: Boil the pumpkin ravioli according to package instructions, then toss them directly into the sauce.
  5. Finish it off: Top with grated parmesan, a drizzle of your browned butter, and those crispy sage leaves.
